Textile gallery
A curated collection of textile swatches that were created through weaving, knitting, needle-punching, lace making, and embroidery. The main focus of this collection is concept of Feminist Gothic Literature as well as Scavenger methodology of creation. Most materials that are used are forgotten rare fibers: Jacob Wool, Piña, Abacá, and South African Mohair.

Woven on 4-shaft Structo loom, 2/2 twill uneven zigzag, three types of South African Mohair, Abacá, bronze chain, black mesh.

Diptych of embroidery, pseudo lace braided and knotted on Piña felt, Piña fiber, two types of Abacá thread, Kid Mohair, chain.

Woven on 8-harness loom, plain weave, hand-tied clove hitch knots with two colors of Abacá thread, two colors of Kid Mohair, two shades of metal chains.

Woven on 8-harness loom rib weft construction, alternating plain and 3/2 twill, orange Adult Mohair, lavender Kid Mohair
Veinwork
Embroidery on Piña hand dyed with black knight scabiosa and modified with soda ash, hand-spun novelty yarn composed of Kid Mohair and Abacá.

Woven on 10-harness loom using original granite weave design, indigo Abacá, two shades of Kid Mohair.

Nonwoven textile formed through needlepunching, layered Mohair fiber and symbolic cutouts.
